Pupil transportation reimbursement claims for public school districts (excluding Chicago Public Schools 299), vocational centers and special education cooperatives are available online in read-only format.

Directions: Click on the down arrow at the end of each text box and select the appropriate data field. Click on the "?" for help in selecting the appropriate data field for the text box. Once all of the data fields have been selected, click on the “Display Report” button.

Once the report is downloaded to your computer, you may (a) export the report and save it by clicking on the “Export” icon at the top of the screen; and/or (b) print a hard copy of the report by clicking on the “Printer” icon at the top of the screen. Click on the “Reset” button to return back to the default settings.
