ISBE Student Information Systems Training

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) will be conducting summer training sessions for users who are new or who would like a refresher course. Attendees will only need to attend one session. School Districts and Early Childhood entities are limited to two (2) participants.

Each training session is designed to demonstrate the current and new system features of the online and batch functionalities including the creation of Comma Separated Value (CSV) files.

A morning training session 9 AM to 12 PM will be offered to participants at each location. (With the Exception Of Champaign Public Library 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) If the morning session fills to capacity, an afternoon training session from 1 PM to 4 PM will then be offered. Participants only need to attend ONE four hour training session.

    The online registration form and the logistical information for each session, including directions, are available through the links below. The necessary training materials will be distributed to participants at the beginning of each session.
